Wisconsin Teen Allegedly Killed Parents to Fund Plot Against Trump

Waukesha, Wisconsin, April 13, 2025 – A chilling plot unraveled in federal court documents this week as 17-year-old Nikita Casap, charged with murdering his parents in February, allegedly planned to assassinate President Donald Trump and overthrow the U.S. government. According to the Department of Justice, Casap killed his mother, Tatiana Casap, 35, and stepfather, Donald Mayer, 51, to “obtain the financial means and autonomy necessary” to carry out his extremist scheme.

Casap shot his mother three times—twice in the stomach and once in the neck—and his stepfather once in the head on February 11 at their Waukesha home. He lived with their decomposing bodies for nearly two weeks before fleeing on February 23 with $14,000 in cash, jewelry, and valuables in his stepfather’s Volkswagen Atlas. He was arrested on February 28 in WaKeeney, Kansas, over 800 miles away, after running a stop sign. Waukesha County prosecutors charged him with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide, two counts of hiding a corpse, identity theft, and theft over $10,000. He remains in custody on a $1 million bond.

A federal investigation revealed Casap’s ties to the neo-Nazi group “The Order of Nine Angles,” a satanic cult with anti-Semitic and anti-Western ideologies. His manifesto called for Trump’s assassination to “bring in some chaos” and spark a revolution to “save the white race,” featuring captions like “HAIL HITLER HAIL VICTORY.” Casap planned to use an attack drone to drop a bomb laden with nuts, bolts, and needles, and had negotiated with a Telegram contact—allegedly in Russia—to buy equipment, including a Smith & Wesson .357 magnum.

The FBI is now investigating potential federal charges, including conspiracy, presidential assassination, and use of weapons of mass destruction. Casap’s communications suggest others may have been involved or aware of his plans, raising concerns about a wider network. This case marks the third known threat against Trump in less than a year, following two assassination attempts in 2024, including one in West Palm Beach, Florida, by Ryan Routh, who now faces additional state charges.

Casap appeared in court on April 9 for a preliminary hearing, where a commissioner ruled there was enough evidence for a trial. The community remains shaken by the brutality of the murders and the teen’s radicalization. “It’s horrifying to think someone so young could harbor such hatred,” said a neighbor, who requested anonymity. As the investigation continues, authorities are working to uncover the full scope of Casap’s plans and any potential accomplices, underscoring the persistent threat of domestic extremism.
