At the helm was ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston, zeroing in on MS-13, Tren de Aragua, Trinitarios, and 18th Street gang affiliates, alongside murderers, rapists, drug traffickers, and child predators. Of the 1,406 apprehended—precisely tallied in DHS reports—over 600 bore significant U.S. criminal convictions or pending charges, including 277 with prior removal orders ignored by local courts.
